Design & Build Service

If you have a project that you want to undertake, such as a new home or maybe just some home improvements and extension works, then why not let us take away the stress and strain by project managing the whole process.

We can take your vision and make it reality by designing your dream home!

We know how important a project is to the client, we will listen to your requirements and objectives and take on board the most important factors, be it Cost, Quality or Time factors and ensure that the project is designed and executed to your requirements from start to finish.

  • Meet With Client

    Initial meeting with one of our senior consultants to discuss the clients needs and requirements. We will work with you to develop a project plan of action along with your budgets and timeframes.

  • Design Feasibility

    We'll support you with your design development. A survey of the existing building will be undertaken in order to produce design proposals. At this stage we'll be able to provide you with initial estimates and cost management advise.

  • Planning Approval

    Once a proposed scheme has been selected the next stage is to get the design approved by local authorities for planning and building regulations. Some schemes may not require planning approval if the design falls under 'Permitted Development'. This will depend on the many factors including the scale of the scheme and the site location.

  • Construction Stage

    Prior to the construction phase, a programme of works would be agreed, setting out the processes and duration of the project.

  • Completion / Handover

    Once the works are complete and the property is handed over. We always ensure our customers are 100% happy so we offer a range of aftercare packages that meet their needs.
