Gadebridge - Church & Emerald View

This exciting Re Development of the Baptist church consisted of a New Church building with New Chapel, Hall, Meeting Rooms, Kitchen and a Semi Detached Manse for the Pastor and his family.

Necton Road Rear Extension

This was a design and build project on a stunning Victorian detached house in Wheathampstead, for a client who wanted more living accommodation to suit their requirements. The rear extension was designed to be open plan on the ground floor but with defined spaces for kitchen, dining room and living area, ideal for large family gatherings.

The 1st floor provided for a very generous master bed room with en suite and dressing area. Further remodelling works to the existing house included decoration, floor finishes, water proofing the basement and large decking area in the garden. We are especially proud of the reclaim brick match we managed to obtain which beautifully blends the extension in with the existing Victorian brick

The Old Barn

Stunning Extension, part refurb of existing building and landscaping to a Grade II Listed Barn Conversion (Previously Converted by us in 1998). Th Barn benefited from fantastic views and grounds! We undertook the whole project from obtaining planning for the extension works all the way through to a turnkey finish.

In this project we developed a pair of new build house family homes in the desirable town of Harpenden. The plot originally housed a 1950's bungalow.

This housing development saw the construction of a 3 bed detached house and a pair of 3 bedroom, semi-detached homes. Featuring great living accommodation as well as good sized bedrooms, one with en suite shower and a family bathroom. Externally the houses benefit generous south westerly facing gardens and off road parking.

Holywell Hill

Refurbishment and Conversion of a Grade 2 listed building, sited within the beautiful St Albans Abbey Conservation area. This stunning property is located on the historic Holywell Hill in St Albans - Converting an office to a luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 storey town house.

New Build 3 Bedroom in the much sought after Harpenden area. There were some construction works to the existing neighbouring property as the existing extension had to be demolished to make way for the new home.
