This was a design and build project for a client who wanted more living accommodation to suit their living requirements. The rear extension was designed to be open plan on the ground floor but with defined spaces for kitchen, dining room and living area, ideal for large family gatherings.
The 1st floor provided for a very generous master bed room with en suite and dressing area. Further remodelling works to the existing house included decoration, floor finishes, water proofing the basement and large decking area in the garden.

We are especially proud of the reclaim brick match we managed to obtain which beautifully blends the extension in with the existing Victorian brick
